What happens if I want friends/family to stay at my home?

No problem, just put it on our owner site calendar. We can offer them all of our services as well.

We don't want to rent our home out but select times during the year, can you do that?

No problem, we are here to fill the gaps. Most of our clients use VRBO for their homes so we are flexible when it comes to blocked times/dates. 

What happens if there is an emergency at my home?

We have a staff on call 24/7 365 days a year.  We will have set parameters based on conversations with you so we all are on same page of procedures to follow. But our first priority is to always protect the home from damage.

Can we use other companies for rentals as well as your company?

Absolutely - we will handle the master calendar and your other companies and/or yourselves will have to communicate regularly and promptly just to prevent guests from booking somewhere else or double booking. 

I don't rent my home, can you still take care of my home?

Sure, we have quite a few homes in Park City that are strictly 2nd homes and we have services just for you. Please click on tab called 2nd home management to get more details. 

What is required to make a reservation?

when you find the property you would like to reserve, you can do so online or by calling 435-487-9255. When making a reservation, we require a 50% deposit if reservation is further out than 60 days. On the date 60 days before arrival, we will charge the remainder of the bill.

Can you help us with reservations and other concierge services?

Absolutely, we have a full staff of vacation specialist that can assist with all your needs including transportation to/from airport, dinner reservations, daily/midweek maid service, grocery shopping and anything else to make your stay more pleasant.

Does every home have a full service kitchen?

yes, every home will have a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay more as comfortable as possible.

Are linens and towels included?

Yes, there are sheets, blankets, pillows and a full set of towels for each room.
